Use the product lawfully
Do not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, or anything you would not want attached to your company name.
Your account and data
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You keep ownership of the business data and content you add. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service.
You approve external actions
You are responsible for emails, posts, prices, ads, and other external actions you approve. The product keeps approval steps visible so nobody gets to blame a mystery button later.
Research needs judgment
Research can be incomplete or wrong. Check sources, claims, dates, and audience details before using a recommendation.
Trial and renewal
The trial lasts 14 days and requires a payment method. Unless you cancel first, the plan starts and Stripe charges the monthly or annual price you picked.
What counts toward a plan
An active organization member uses one seat. An active project uses one active-project slot. The first research run for a project also counts that project for the current usage month. Archiving frees the active slot but does not erase research already used. A retry of the same run does not count twice. Drafts, approvals, and Outbox are included and are not metered.
When you reach a limit
The app blocks new members, active projects, newly researched projects, or research runs above your plan limit. It does not delete existing work. You can archive a project to free its active slot, add capacity, change plans, or wait for period-based research limits to reset.
Plan changes
Upgrades may start right away with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations normally take effect at the end of the paid period. Your Stripe billing page shows the exact date and amount before you confirm a change.
Service changes and suspension
We may change or stop features, refuse abusive use, or suspend access when needed to protect the service or other customers. We will give reasonable notice when practical and will not use this clause as a surprise eject button.
