EZ Admin Tools needs business data to research opportunities and prepare work. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we store
We store account details, organization and project access, project plans, research sources, drafts, approvals, execution history, and connection details you choose to add.
Why we use it
We use this information to run the product, protect accounts, create requested work, keep an audit trail, and improve reliability. We do not invent performance numbers when a real source is missing.
Service providers
The current service uses Neon for database and authentication, AWS for hosting and scheduled work, and OpenAI for requested research. Connected email providers are used only when you authorize them.
How long we keep it
We keep account and project data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, security, billing, and legal records. We remove or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to review, correct, export, or delete account data by emailing admin@ezadmintools.com. Some records may need to remain for security, billing, or legal reasons.
Children and changes
The service is for businesses and is not intended for children. If this notice changes in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date and provide notice when required.
